Biography

Heldman is a seasoned consultant and manager, author and lecture with extensive experience in the area of: Organizational Transformation facilitating development & execution of Business Strategy for Business Development, Strategic Market & Product Development, Innovation, Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management, and Data Analytics.

He has supported executive and their leadership teams as they transform their organizations’ strategic product and market growth, regulatory compliance & policy governance efforts, strategy development & implementation, structure and workforce to meet shifting competitive, technology and global changes.

He has supported a host of clients including: US Government, Department of Defense, AT&T, Volvo, 3M, USPS, States of Minnesota, South & North Dakota, Georgia, Virginia, Ford… assisting their leaders as they confronted significant change, designing and implementing solutions to transform their organizations’: structure, processes, and workforce for the new realities they confronted. He has developed a family of innovation, planning, and product development processes that were chosen “Best in Class” by Stanford Research Institute.

He has extensive experience as personal advisor and executive coach to State Governors, US Senators, Corporate executives, having also managed major complex projects spanning functional areas. He supports clients as they navigate organizational transformation through consulting and leading workshops and intra and inter organization planning and strategy sessions, including sensitive post-merger organization optimization initiatives.
